Chris Champagne of Champagne Auto completely saved me from my dire car situation. I owe him and appreciate him more than a review could ever encapsulate. Please read my testimonial below as I wholeheartedly could not recommend this establishment any more than I currently do!!

For context, I had purchased a used car from another dealer in Worcester a couple years ago, and it had been experiencing problems and deteriorating fast ever since. In late August of 2025, I had still owed 10k on the car, did not feel safe driving into the fall/winter, and was genuinely unsure of how I was going to resolve my situation.

I met with Chris, explained the ins and outs of my situation, and he gave me the realest and most unbiased guidance that I could have ever hoped for. First and foremost, the end result of my buying experience was Chris putting me in an an absolutely gorgeous 2025 sedan for a truly ridiculous price. So ridiculous that the Loan Officer from DCU couldn't help but exclaim how incredible a deal I was getting. Chris also gave me (at least) 5 times more than anyone was offering for my car as a trade in, and with the equity I have on my new vehicle, I was able to essentially clear the 10k I had owed on my old hunk of junk. He helped parlay my old car into clearing what I had owed on it, taking my car off my hands as a trade in, and putting me in an essentially brand new vehicle that will set me up for a more favorable car situation down the line if I ever want to look for something else.

I truly do not know what I would have done without Chris' generosity, transparency, and overall guidance. I am beyond satisfied with my over all customer experience and as I had detailed, I got an amazing deal that I don't believe I would have been able to get anywhere else.
